About the Journal

VLUTE Journal of Science was established to publish high-quality theoretical and applied research in the following fields:

Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Civil Engineering, Engineering Mechanics, Thermal Engineering;
Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Control and Automation;
Information Technology;
Food Technology, Biotechnology, Veterinary Science;
Engineering Education, Social Work.

The VLUTE Journal of Science operates under Publishing License No. 31/GP-BVHTTDL, issued on March 3, 2026. The journal currently uses ISSN 2615-9945.

Scope and Target Authors

The journal publishes original research articles, review papers, and specialized studies with scientific and practical value in the fields of natural sciences and technology, educational sciences, and social sciences and humanities.

Potential contributors include scientists, lecturers, researchers, doctoral candidates, postgraduate students, and undergraduate students both within and outside the university.

Publication

The VLUTE Journal of Science (Electronic Edition) is published four issues per year, in March, June, September, and December.

Publication formats: print and online.
Each author of a published article will receive access rights.
Other readers will also be granted access rights.

Funding

The article submission fee follows the approved fee schedule attached to this regulation.
Expenses for the publication activities of the electronic journal (peer review, editing, etc.) are implemented in accordance with the university’s internal financial regulations and under the direction of the Rector.

Payment

Expenses for the publication activities of the electronic journal are settled per issue according to the funding levels approved by the Rector together with this regulation.

Responsibilities for Administration, Management, and Implementation

The Editor-in-Chief is responsible for supervising and ensuring the publication of the electronic journal, maintaining both content and format quality, and complying with the Press Law, Publishing Law, and the issued press activity license.

The Office of Science Management and International Cooperation (through the Editorial Board Secretary) is responsible for receiving submissions, organizing peer review, publishing, and handling payments for each issue of the electronic journal in accordance with regulations.

This regulation takes effect from the date of issuance and remains valid until replaced by a new regulation.
