II. Scientific Publications

VLUTE Journal of Science (ISSN 3126-2953, e-ISSN 3126-3097) operates under Press License No. 31/GP-BVHTTDL issued by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism on March 03, 2026.

1. Aims and Scope

- Providing information on scientific, technological and innovation activities of Vinh Long University of Technology Education.
- Publishing scientific research results, technological applications and academic works related to education, teaching and research activities of the university.
- Establishing an academic forum connecting scientists, lecturers, researchers, doctoral candidates and graduate students from domestic and international institutions.

2. Publication Types

2.1. Print Journal

Publication Frequency: Quarterly (every three months)
Publication Schedule: Fourth week of March, June, September and December

3. Submission Guidelines

3.1. General Requirements

Submitted manuscripts to VLUTE Journal of Science must be original works that have not been previously published and are not under consideration by any other journals, books or proceedings. The Editorial Board does not accept previously published articles and will not return rejected manuscripts.

3.2. Manuscript Structure

(1) Title
The title must be presented in both Vietnamese and English and should not exceed 20 words. Author names, affiliations, email addresses and contact numbers must also be included.

(2) Abstract
Abstracts in both Vietnamese and English should not exceed 150 words and must briefly describe the objectives, methodology and research findings.

(3) Keywords
Provide 2 to 4 keywords in both Vietnamese and English.

(4) Main Content
The manuscript should be formatted on A4 paper using Times New Roman font, size 12, and include the following sections:

- Introduction
- Research Results and Discussion
- Conclusion and Recommendations

The manuscript should not exceed six A4 pages. Figures and tables must be clear and numbered appropriately. Mathematical equations may be prepared using MathType; chemical formulas may use ACD/Chem Sketch or Science Helper for Word. Quotations should be italicized and enclosed in quotation marks.

(5) References
- References and citations must follow APA or IEEE style.
- All references must be cited within the manuscript.
- International references with DOI numbers are highly encouraged.
