Guidelines for authors

1. Manuscript Submission

Submission Website: Authors are required to submit manuscripts and research papers through the journal management system: vlutejs.vlute.edu.vn

Required Documents:

- Manuscript prepared according to the journal formatting guidelines
- Author copyright declaration form (template provided by the journal)

Submission Period: The journal accepts submissions throughout the year.

2. Initial Screening

The Editorial Office will conduct an initial screening based on the following criteria:

- Content: Similarity index check (must not exceed 15%)
- Format: Compliance with the journal formatting and submission requirements

If the manuscript meets the requirements, the corresponding author will receive a confirmation email. If revisions are required, the Editorial Office will notify the author for correction and resubmission before the peer-review process.

3. Peer-Review Results

After the peer-review process, review results will be sent to the authors through the journal management system.

- Authors have 07 days to revise the manuscript based on reviewers’ comments
- Manuscripts that are not revised or responded to within the required time will be considered rejected

4. Publication

A manuscript will only be published when all the following conditions are satisfied:

- Accepted by reviewers
- Approved for publication by the Editor-in-Chief

Note: Manuscripts that are not accepted for publication will not receive further responses from the Editorial Board.
